The particularly efficient Duraslide® non-stick coating is the best of the traditional non-stick coatings. This PTFE coating has three layers, so that your cookware stays as good as new for extra long. Provided that you only use silicone or wooden accessories. Our Alu Comfort 3 frying pan in forged aluminium is thicker and therefore stronger. Good for years of loyal service on all hobs, including induction. Thanks to the unique Radiant® base, your pan is and remains extra stable and in optimal contact with the hob. The heat is distributed evenly. The bakelite handle is firmly attached and feels pleasant in the hand. Do you like to grill in the oven or flambé? Then you also need a pan without a non-stick coating.
